RE: How many full-timers and full-timer wanna be's?

The DW and I are in our mid 40's and that means I can't retire for another 10 years or so. My job though requires that I maintain a certain amount of hours worked each year to keep benefits and retirement going. I am able to reach this amount in less than half a year by working 6-7 days a week. We are planning to sell the house and have me work-camp enough to reach my hourly goal each year then do some traveling. I don't have to work for a half year stretch either. I will work for a month or so then take some time off. Hope the housing market turns around some soon.

RE: Myrtle Beach State Park

A beach and a boogie board is all they should need to have a blast. Maybe even get a skim board for the surf edge. They should have plenty of fun.

RE: Grand Junction

Keep us to date on how the GJ is working for you. DW and I are also looking at the GJ. Would love to hear some reports.

RE: Article: US agents given powers to seize/search laptops

I hope that everyone who says they have nothing to hide and don't mind them searching, will be the first to allow them to search their homes when we get to that point. Don't think that it won't get that far. We still have a constitution in this country. It is a shame that the people don't protect it anymore.

RE: How many of us are waiting for the SOLD sign?

Have not put the house up for sale yet. We are painting and sprucing up then hopefully on the market in about 2-3 months. We can't wait to get going the full time way.

RE: Is the F250 enough truck?

I do not have a truck as of now. I tend to believe that for full timing we would go the conservative route and get the F350 DRW. Thanks for the help.

Is the F250 enough truck?

My wife and I are in the planning stages to rv full time and we are looking at the Montana 2980rl. It has a dry weight of 10335 and a GVW of 14275. Will a Ford F250 be enough or show I be looking for a 1 ton truck?
